Onelink vaccine deliveries over the summer holidays and cold chain management – 7 December 2022
Vaccine Deliveries:
To receive a vaccine delivery prior to the Christmas closure period:
Regional providers must order before 2pm, Wednesday 21 December 2022.
Metro providers must order before 2pm, Thursday 22 December 2022.
Onelink will be closed from 12pm, Friday 23 December to Tuesday 27 December 2022.
Limited Customer Service (and vaccine deliveries) will be available from Wednesday 28 December until 12pm, Friday 30 December 2022.
For Customer Service, please email customerservice@onelink.com.au. If your order cannot be delivered to you between these dates it will be delivered in the new year, there is no need to submit another order.
Onelink Customer Service and vaccine deliveries will return to normal from Tuesday 3 January 2023.

Please leave a comment in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ on the order template if your service will be closed outside normal hours to prevent deliveries on these days.
Cold Chain Management
The Immunisation Unit will be available by email immunisation@health.vic.gov.au during normal business hours (except public holidays).

- Know your back-up plan and in the event of a power outage, activate your back-up plan for the vaccine fridge.
- When the power returns, review the standard reporting information.
- If required, complete the Cold Chain Breach report form and email the Immunisation team via the contact information below.
